Certification
I am a level III Running Coach with the Lydiard Foundation. The Lydiard Foundation serves to preserve and promote the original and unsurpassed body of coaching knowledge left to the world by Arthur Lydiard of New Zealand.
The Level III certification is a lifelong mentorship program headed by Lorraine Moller MBE. Lorraine is a 4 time Olympian and winner of 16 international marathons. The second mentor is Colin Lancaster who is a running coach and tutor with the Welsh and English Athletics.
The advisory board with the Lydiard Foundation also includes other great Olympian athletics such as bronze Olympian medalist Barry McGee. Greg McMillan, exercise scientist and running coach. Rod Dixon former New Zealand Middle to Long distance runner and Olympian. Dr Mark Cucuzzella, Professor in Medicine and competitive runner.
In conjunction with my coaching qualifications, I am constantly adding to my experience & knowledge by completing courses/workshops with Athletics Ireland & Sporting Ireland in Sports Nutrition, Performance Psychology & Injury Prevention.

Over the years, I’ve supported runners in achieving success across a range of distances—from 5K to marathons—helping them transform their ambitions into reality. My coaching services include personalized 1:1 online coaching and in-person sessions whenever possible.
